The minimum term of purchase is 30 days and no refunds will be given for usage less than 30 days, or less than any other period of purchase. Purchases are nonrefundable. If you paid for premium services (or any other service) by eCheque or by any other bank clearing process (not Mastercard or Visa), please be patient as your service will not be activated until your eCheque or bank funds clear (in some cases several days). Your service will be instantly activated if you pay by MasterCard or Visa.
